The theoretical component will be delivered in 4 blocks of 2 hours spread over two weeks for a total of 8 hours of live online interactive learning throught video conference with your instructor on ZOOM. Dates are November 30th and Decembre 1-6-8th.

The theory and the terrain component must be done in a delay of 2 months of each other to complete the AST1. Then, you will receive your certificate by Ski Chic-Chocs. This certificate is recognized accross the country.
